Position Overview:

The individual in this role will oversee customer accounts, manage and prioritize production tasks, and engage in various core business functions. This position demands a proactive communicator who can serve as a reliable source of information with minimal oversight. Successful collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Customers is vital for achieving success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and prioritize safety in all tasks.

  • Customer Accounts Management: processing orders and ensuring follow-up from placement to delivery.
    • Oversee customer accounts, pricing, production orders, and inventory management.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective design, preparation, and execution of fulfillment processes.
    • Collaborate with sales and manufacturing teams to analyze customer forecasts and trends.
    • Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints and returns with the Quality Department.
    • Establish policies and procedures to enhance customer processing efficiency.
    • Foster customer loyalty through exceptional engagement and service.
    • Support technological advancements and innovative service solutions to facilitate a seamless business experience.
  • Production Job Management:
    • Assess demand to align with customer and inventory needs.
    • Create and adjust production schedules as necessary.
    • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of raw materials with the Procurement Team.
    • Proactively manage raw material and finished goods inventories.
    • Align customer demand with operations to ensure timely production and delivery.
    • Identify and implement system and process enhancements, including inventory control and material availability.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, ideally with experience in managing customer forecasting and demand.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage all aspects of customer accounts and projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the capability to create and modify spreadsheet applications.
  • Familiarity with database reporting tools to utilize company ERP data.
  • Skilled in customizing reports to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and analyze issues to make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships within a team setting.
