Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing multi-state payroll, reviewing and updating international information, and reconciling nonexempt timecards.
Key Responsibilities:- Process multi-state payroll on a bi-weekly basis for US employees via UltiPro
- Review and update international information to vendors
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Enter all data entry for payroll processing or reporting needs
- Reconcile nonexempt timecards in UltiPro Time and attendance module
- 3-5 years' of payroll experience, full-cycle payroll processing
- Large payroll software experience (Peoplesoft, Ceridian, UKG etc.)
- Team oriented and collaborative attitude
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Payroll accounting experience (journal entries, PTO accruals)
- International payroll experience
