Agricultural Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to operate field application equipment, heavy-duty trucks, and blending equipment. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, be able to work additional hours, including evenings and weekends during the busy season, and have a Commercial Pesticide Applicators License and a Class A CDL with necessary endorsements.

• Operate field application equipment, heavy-duty trucks, and blending equipment to safely apply crop protection and crop nutrient products for our customers.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers to ensure timely and accurate application of products.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.

• Commercial Pesticide Applicators License.
• Class A CDL with necessary endorsements.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy items (60 pounds) on a regular basis.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
