Agricultural Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in agriculture? Ag Partners Coop is seeking a skilled Custom Applicator to join our team at our Ellsworth, WI location.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to operate field application equipment, heavy-duty trucks, and blending equipment. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to work additional hours, including evenings and weekends during the busy season.

• Operate sprayers or airflow to safely apply crop protection and crop nutrient products for our customers.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Work closely with co-workers and customers to ensure excellent customer service.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets.

• Able to operate field application equipment, heavy-duty trucks, and blending equipment.
• Have excellent verbal communication skills when working with co-workers and customers.
• Able to work additional hours, including evening and weekend hours during the busy season.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicators License and a Class A CDL with necessary endorsements and maintain commercial insurability.
• Able to lift moderate to heavy (60 pounds) items on a regular basis, climb ladders, and work near moving equipment.
