Agronomist: Pesticide Specialist

Join Ag Partners Coop as a key member of our team and contribute to the success of our member-owned cooperative. We are seeking a skilled Agronomist: Pesticide Specialist to join our team in Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate field application equipment, heavy-duty trucks, and blending equipment with precision and efficiency.

• Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide exceptional customer support.

• Work additional hours, including evening and weekend hours during the busy season, to meet the demands of our customers.

**Requirements:**

• Must have or be able to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicators License and a Class A CDL with necessary endorsements and maintain commercial insurability.

• Able to lift moderate to heavy (60 pounds) items on a regular basis, climb ladders, and work near moving equipment.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with our team and customers.
