Position Summary
The Morning Meal Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy a delightful breakfast experience. This position involves preparing and serving a variety of high-quality breakfast options from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, while also assisting with the setup and breakdown of breakfast stations. Join our dynamic team and build meaningful connections with guests and colleagues from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare breakfast stations each morning by 7:00 AM
• Serve a selection of hot and cold breakfast items to guests
• Continuously replenish food items and beverages during breakfast hours
• Brew a variety of coffee options for guests
• Provide friendly assistance to guests regarding breakfast inquiries
• Arrive punctually for shifts
• Clean and reset tables throughout breakfast service
• Maintain and dismantle breakfast stations
• Store leftover food items after service
• Clean and prepare the lounge area for subsequent meals
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications
• Minimum age of 16 years
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous

Work Environment
This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. The position may involve working in various conditions, including wet and humid environments.
