Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of supply chain operations, including inventory levels and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the continuous flow of materials and information.
  • Input information into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to maintain accurate records.
  • Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Generate daily reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and identify opportunities to reduce operational costs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain management, inventory control, logistics planning, vendor management, and handling purchase orders.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
