Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Talbots. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for every customer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed product recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth by effectively communicating product knowledge, features, and benefits to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Support all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
