Restaurant Operations Manager

Zaxby's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Execute and assist in the development of action plans to drive sales growth and profitability
- Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, team member development, and guest experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry
- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
- Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation

- Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
- Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception to observe and respond to the environment
- Work in an environment that features hot and cold temperature variations and exposure to food allergens
- Operate and work safely with restaurant equipment, including knives, fryers, and potentially hazardous equipment
