This role will primarily involve analyzing and reporting on institutional investor voting at U.S. shareholder meetings, utilizing data analysis, research from proprietary and external databases, and deductive reasoning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex, and dynamic datasets
  • Conduct thorough research across various databases, both historical and current
  • Identify and resolve intricate problems
  • Employ both deductive and inductive reasoning skills to evaluate information and make impactful decisions
  • Possess a solid understanding of the stock market, financial instruments, and the investment process (knowledge of corporate governance issues is advantageous)
  • Experience with financial data from sources such as Bloomberg and FactSet
  • Communicate financial data effectively and generate actionable reports from both internal and external data sources
  • Prepare reports using PowerPoint and Excel

Compensation:

A base salary will be offered based on the candidate's prior experience. Candidates will be eligible for the firm's annual merit-based bonus program and will participate in its (currently) fully employer-paid medical/dental/disability/life insurance plans and discretionary profit-sharing 401(k) plan. Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000.
