Your Role:
As the Director of Process Risk Self-Assessment (PRSA), you will lead a talented team dedicated to developing and sustaining a comprehensive internal control framework. This role requires extensive collaboration across various business units and geographical locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and periodically update the PRSA framework, ensuring it effectively manages risk and adheres to changing regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of PRSA outcomes to identify trends, ensuring insights are derived from complex data sets.
  • Monitor the consistent application of the PRSA framework across all business units, ensuring alignment with established risk appetites and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
  • Maintain a centralized taxonomy for risk and control that spans all operational risk categories.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the PRSA process regularly, identifying areas for improvement and overseeing necessary enhancements.
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry best practices, integrating these changes into the PRSA framework and training programs.
  • Foster a strong risk culture within the organization, promoting awareness and accountability in risk management.
  • Provide guidance to business units on the application of PRSA procedures in their operations.
  • Collaborate with compliance, legal, and internal audit teams to ensure a cohesive approach to risk governance.
  • Manage internal communications related to PRSA initiatives and changes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in risk management, with a solid understanding of operational risk management processes.
  • Experience in creating or maintaining risk and control self-assessment frameworks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices, including OCC Heightened Standards and BCBS 239.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and identify risk scenarios.
  • Proven experience in managing diverse teams across different locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in process governance and establishing robust decision-making frameworks.
