About the Role:

Clarks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the receipt and processing of shipments, including inventory management and stockroom organization.
  • Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures.
  • Practice impeccable customer service skills and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories, and promote the Clarks brand.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
  • Create a comfortable and inclusive work environment for all colleagues.
