Release Train Engineer

Implement Fiserv DNA for Loan Accounting/Loan Servicing, transitioning from a highly customized legacy platform to a scalable, modern tech stack. This next-generation technology will be easier to maintain and enhance over time, enabling real-time capabilities and better security and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Agile Release Train (ART) and serve as a coach/mentor to Scrum Masters, facilitating ART events and processes to improve efficiencies in delivering value. Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, and help manage risk. Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as Azure DevOps and the Program Kanban.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of related experience, 5+ years of leadership experience, and 5+ years of experience leading complex technology transformation programs, preferably in the financial industry. Agile experience/certifications required, SAFe experience/certifications strongly preferred. Expertise in organizational change management discipline and ability to foster relationships within the organization and internal and external stakeholders.
