Financial Eligibility Specialist

Community Care is seeking a skilled Financial Eligibility Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive the financial assistance they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accumulate, transmit, and disseminate member information, including eligibility processes.
  • Assist members in maintaining Medicaid eligibility, organizing information, and troubleshooting issues related to the Medicaid eligibility and enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with other departments regarding member eligibility, enrollment, and cost obligations.
  • Perform community outreach, including in-home and agency visits.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience with Medicaid and/or Social Security System, with a minimum of 1 year recent experience providing direct assistance to individuals in a customer service capacity and with interviewing skills.
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Licensure: WI Driver License
Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, 20 Hours per week
  • 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
