About the Role

As a vital member of our engineering group, you will engage in diverse projects that include storm drainage design, water quality treatment, low impact development (LID) retrofits, and more. Our projects also encompass fish passage solutions, flood reduction strategies, and ecological restoration efforts.

Our Reputation

Our Pacific Northwest Group is well-regarded for delivering innovative and cost-effective stormwater management solutions to municipal clients. This position allows you to lead groundbreaking stormwater initiatives while also contributing to larger, integrated project teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct modeling, analysis, and documentation to ensure project compliance with local regulations and Stormwater Manual requirements.
  • Act as the engineering lead and project manager for stormwater components on integrated design projects.
  • Prepare Plans, Specifications, and Estimates.
  • Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for junior engineering staff.

Minimum Qualifications
  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
  • P.E. licensed in the state of Washington.
  • 5+ years of progressive professional experience, particularly in stormwater management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mentoring junior staff.
  • Extensive knowledge of stormwater regulations, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and infrastructure design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
