We are seeking a highly motivated and career-minded Business Development Specialist to join our team at NONDESTRUCTIVE & VISUAL INSPECTION. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing existing and strategically acquiring new business accounts focused on financial growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement special sales objectives with the Heat Treatment/Stress Relieving Department to target sales growth and optimal branding recognition.
- Prepare Presentations and Proposals: Prepare presentations, proposals, and rates and services packages to showcase our services and expertise.
- Client Relationship Management: Identify and assist Operations in resolving client concerns and prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, and follow-up with business accounts.
- Marketing and Sales Events: Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and customer outings to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients.
- Account Management: Follow-up with clients for collections and receivables and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Five or more years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry or sales and/or technical experience within the Post Weld Heat Treat/Stress Relieving Service's industry with a proven track record of business development.
