**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at MRG Exams as a Medical Examiner for Veterans. This is an excellent opportunity to serve the veteran community while performing medical assessments on United States Veterans.

Job Summary:

This role involves reviewing medical records electronically through a web portal and conducting focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran. The examiner will document exam findings required by the VA through the web portal. It's essential to note that this position does not make disability determinations; instead, it performs Disability Assessments on Veterans only. The examiner will NOT treat patients or prescribe medication in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Independent Medical Assessments on Veterans.
  • Analyze data from medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions.
  • Skilled in time management, able to stay on task and meet requirements.
  • Maintain current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
  • Proficiently use a computer.
