Position Overview:

We are seeking a Full-time Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of care that Ennoble Care is known for. The Customer Support Associate will collaborate with clinicians, staff, and patients to achieve healthcare objectives while ensuring effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess compassion, experience, and strong organizational skills to address our patients' immediate needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage frequently with patients to provide support and ensure adherence to care management programs, enhancing positive health outcomes.
  • Accurately document all client interactions, whether verbal or written.
  • Facilitate communication from the Primary Care Clinician regarding urgent patient needs and ensure comprehensive care plans are accurate and complete.
  • Work collaboratively across various departments to meet the needs of patients, their families, and partner facilities.
  • Utilize technology effectively, including secure email and electronic medical records.
  • Follow documentation protocols and best practices for daily logs and internal communications.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, as evidenced by positive feedback from patients and clients.
  • Contribute positively to the department by supporting team members in a constructive manner.

Qualifications:
  • Comfortable with extensive phone communication throughout the day.
  • Compassionate and empathetic towards patients, consistently demonstrating outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to take precise notes and document tasks promptly.
  • Skilled in multitasking across various patients and workflows while maintaining organization and efficiency.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with basic healthcare terminology and principles.
