Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
• Illinois License
• 1.0 FTE, 7a-6p, Monday-Friday, with flexible hours
• 1:7 call rotation, responding to phone calls only
• On-call weekends

Our Rural Health Clinic is a renovated facility with 22 licensed beds and a daily census of 5-6 patients. We have a team of support staff and a strong focus on providing high-quality patient care. The clinic reaches a population of 16,000 in Mercer County and meets the requirements for state-based loan assistance from HPSA. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment for our physicians and staff.
