We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management Data Analyst to join our team at Western Alliance Bank. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation, process documentation, and management of our ServiceNow process areas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive reporting for the management of processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements, ensuring effective asset and configuration management practices.
- Build dashboards for operational views, enabling teams to see relevant information necessary for managing their delivery of service.
- Design and implement trending reporting for tracking organizational improvements over time, and analyzing processes for improvement opportunities.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective adoption of reporting functions.
- Support other organizational reporting needs for activities executed and managed within ServiceNow.
- 5+ years of experience using ServiceNow reporting and Business Analytics functions.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles.
- Proficiency with understanding ServiceNow data models and databases, including AMDB and CMDB.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with ITIL process framework and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in IT asset management.
- Ability to demonstrate managing large organizational changes with excellent collaboration skills.
