Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks, as well as experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities
  • Purchase Order (PO) Acknowledgment Management: Confirm that pricing, addresses, and part numbers align between the order and supplier acknowledgment; attach supplier acknowledgment to the relevant QuickBooks order; set and input ETA dates based on shipping origin, transportation method, and supplier ship dates; send daily email updates to the Customer Support team on acknowledged orders.
  • Received Inventory Transfers: Use packing slips from the Warehouse team to initiate inventory transfers; ensure part numbers and quantities match the Warehouse's physical count and the packing slip details; confirm that the ship-to address on the QuickBooks order is set to the Charlotte location; verify that the Accounting team's bill aligns with the in-transit site record; complete the inventory transfer in QuickBooks by moving items from the 'In-Transit' site to the 'CLT' site; sign, date, and note the transfer number on the packing slip for accurate record-keeping.
