Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. This is a detail-oriented and proactive role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements. Additionally, they will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and requisition additional inventory as needed.
- Serve as the primary liaison between departments and external organizations.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and physical records.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
