The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of services, ensuring compliance with all CSS policies and regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with funding sources and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise programs, services, staff, interns, and volunteers to ensure compliance with CSS policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with funding sources, community leaders, and county representatives to ensure contract compliance and program success.
- Prepare and submit reports, including external and internal reports, in a timely manner.
- Provide site-specific orientation and training for new and existing staff members and volunteers.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate priorities and objectives.
- Participate in management team meetings, semi-annual CSS management meetings, and specialized committees as appropriate.
- Maintain facility and assist in developing plans for maintenance and capital improvements.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Social Work preferred.
- Minimum of five years supervisory experience of social service programs.
