Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment, ensuring high-quality production, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain mixers, pumps, and other equipment to produce high-quality ink
  • Monitor and adjust temperature, mix speeds, and mill rates to achieve optimal results
  • Follow procedures for filtering, packaging, and labeling ink
  • Perform quality control checks and make adjustments as instructed
  • Weigh and measure raw materials accurately
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
  • Forklift experience necessary
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic math, communication, and mechanical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
