About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Kohl's. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, following Kohl's best practices and standards.
  • Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low.
  • Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
  • Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No retail experience required, but a flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is a must.
