Overview:
This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities within a dynamic healthcare environment, including but not limited to, front desk operations, appointment management, telephone communications, patient referrals, and registration processes. A key requirement for this position is outstanding interpersonal skills, characterized by a cheerful disposition, a welcoming attitude, and a deep commitment to providing exceptional care and respect to all individuals, including patients, families, customers, and team members.
Qualifications:
Education: Preferred completion of post-secondary education or training.
Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital or clinic, is preferred.
Additional Skills: Bilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are advantageous. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently is essential. The ability to engage effectively with a diverse population is also important.
