Job Summary

This role supports our team in providing individualized care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.

A key aspect of this position is maintaining accurate records and reports as required by our policies and procedures.

A comprehensive training program is available to develop valuable skills and credentials.

Responsibilities
  • Support the provision of care to patients through designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by our policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, CNA/CPTC certification, or enrolled in a healthcare career program through high school curriculum.
  • Experience: None required, but prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of hire, completion of PCA competencies within three months of hire.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and perform duties requiring gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
