Job Title: Risk/PI Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Risk/PI Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our psychiatric stabilization and dual diagnosis treatments. This position provides specialized administrative support to the Director of QI/RM/PI, assisting with data collection, quality control, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and track data in various systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with managing patient satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and developing reports for QAPI.
  • Conduct training and education on CPI, and assist with collecting and reviewing monthly reports.
  • Participate in committees such as Workplace Violence, Patient Safety, and QAPI.
  • Effectively manage workload, ensuring attention to detail and confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or license in nursing, counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a mental health environment, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
  • CPI certification within 30 days of hire.
