Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch additional work related to seasonal and related programs
  • Assist with the management of seasonal and other related programs
  • Process payments for permits and licenses
  • Manage vendor compliance with corporate risk/insurance policy related to programs
  • Daily review and cleanup of error reports
  • Research and respond to vendor inquiries
  • Assist with generating multi-corp and other spreadsheet payment methods
  • Assist with the RFP process for seasonal and other programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Working Relationships

Facilities Managers & Technicians, Store Managers & Operations Team, Construction Project Managers, Construction Warehouse team, Accounting Dept

Requirements
  • Minimum Education: Associates degree in related field
  • Preferred Education: Associates
  • Minimum Experience: Proficient with Microsoft office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Preferred Experience: 1-2 years accounts payable, dispatch or other administrative related field
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work well with teams, write and speak effectively, detail orientated
Hours & Conditions

8am - 4:30pm M-F

Physical Requirements

Ability to maneuver and regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
