Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a dynamic and multidisciplinary organization that offers a comprehensive range of services, including Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage, and Acupuncture. We are seeking a motivated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. This opportunity offers flexible hours, allowing you to work once a week to supplement your earnings. If you are a Physical Therapist looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individually designed programs to restore overall function and independence in the home setting.
- Collaborate with physicians, family members, and other team members to ensure effective communication and discharge planning.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation of visits.
- Instruct family members, PTA's, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
Requirements:
- Physical Therapist Program Graduate.
- NY Physical Therapist License or eligible.
- Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid.
