We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' physical and functional limitations.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote patients' recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the State of New York.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in rehabilitation settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
