About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Michael Kors in Auburn, WA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated customer experience, driving results through sales and operational tasks, and fostering customer relationships through knowledge of current trends and styling techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive results through delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Perform operational tasks with excellence, including multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Achieve productivity goals through effective time management and prioritization
  • Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment
  • Foster customer relationships by continually developing knowledge of current trends and styling techniques
  • Brainstorm with management to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results
  • Drive Omni-channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant retail experience
  • A self-starter with the ability to drive results
  • Energetic and motivated with the ability to engage and represent the brand
  • Customer service obsessed, with a passion for styling and love for fashion
  • Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
