Key Responsibilities:
  • Willingness to train the right candidate, though prior experience is advantageous.
  • Arrive at work prepared and enthusiastic.
  • Punctuality is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical.
  • A mature individual with exceptional interpersonal skills is required.
  • Showcase the property, provide detailed information about features, address inquiries, and finalize rental agreements.
  • Set clear expectations for rent, security deposits, and included amenities.
  • Conduct thorough background checks on prospective tenants, including applications, references, rental history, and income verification.
  • Manage resident move-ins, move-outs, and 30-day notices.
  • Address and resolve tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute late notices, community updates, and lease violation communications.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential tenants both in-person and through digital channels.
  • Research necessary information online and via telephone.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with various software applications, filing systems, and communication tools.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow directions effectively.
  • Comply with Fair Housing Laws.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Community Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English, with bilingual skills considered a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance are mandatory.
  • Must pass a drug test, as well as a full credit and background check.

Work Schedule:

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, including weekends.
