Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Schweitzer Mountain. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process room reservations, manage room inventory, and handle revenue collections in a way that ensures accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate front desk equipment, including the switchboard, computer, and calculator, to efficiently manage guest interactions and transactions.
  • Control room keys, verify cash banks, and prepare cash reports to maintain a secure and organized environment.
  • Complete paperwork necessary for front desk operations, including guest registration and room assignments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service and communication skills.
  • Two years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Basic computer and math skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
