Western Technical College is seeking a dedicated and passionate Adjunct Instructor to join our team. As an Adjunct Instructor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality academic curriculum, instruction, and assessment to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver courses in a hybrid/online format, promoting social justice and equity within the division and the larger academic institution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver instructional design activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Monitor student progress, conduct evaluations, and provide input on division accreditation and student records.
- Integrate the college's SuccessAbilities and program outcomes into your teaching practices.
- Organize, develop, and deliver outcomes-based curriculum, assessing student learning and providing academic referrals as needed.
- Complete required College training and maintain the skills necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
- Master's degree in the discipline or a Master's degree with 18 semester graduate credits in the discipline.
- Teaching experience is preferred.
- Eligibility for/or meets WTCS Faculty Quality Assurance System requirements.
