We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a Residential Group Home setting. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to residents in the Boulder/Longmont Area. The staffing ratio is 4:1, ensuring personalized attention and care for each individual.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Administer medication under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Colorado. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in a residential group home or similar setting preferred, but not required.
