About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LPCC or LMFT to join our team of mental health professionals at Senior PsychCare. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing psychotherapy services to patients in nursing home facilities across New Mexico.

You will work closely with other licensed professionals, including Board Certified Geriatric Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, to develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive care to our patients.

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle. You will have access to regular staff meetings, treatment team meetings, and in-services/community education opportunities to support your professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide psychotherapy services to patients in nursing home facilities
  2. Develop treatment plans with other licensed professionals
  3. Participate in regular staff meetings and treatment team meetings
  4. Attend in-services/community education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-LPCC, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LMFT
  • Current licensure in New Mexico
  • Ability to travel to nursing homes in the assigned geographic region and perform telehealth visits
