About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Mental Health Specialist to join our team in an outpatient setting in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment, and medication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on mental health topics, including diagnosis, treatment, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
