Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients, and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Lead patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address them
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in good standing
  • At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting
  • CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
  • CRRN certification preferred
