Compensation:
Sign-on bonus of $1,500
Starting pay for this position is $22/hr

Position Summary:
As an Environmental Services Technician, you will play a crucial role in our operations. This position involves working alongside a team of dedicated professionals focused on understanding environmental regulations and effectively managing hazardous materials. Your responsibilities will include the consolidation, treatment, storage, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste, all while adhering to environmentally responsible practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in physically demanding tasks, including lifting and transporting materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment to manage waste containers efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds consistently throughout the workday.
- Capability to navigate uneven surfaces for extended periods.
- Visual acuity for reading labels and documentation; depth perception for safe forklift operation.
- Ability to hear vehicle warning signals.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and indoors in non-climate-controlled environments.
- Commitment to wearing personal protective equipment as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Basic computer skills for completing online training.
- Proficiency in understanding and responding to written and verbal English.
- Reliability in attending work during scheduled hours, with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
