We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships, and leading a small team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to service existing clients and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and train team members on our systems and processes.
  • Monitor and report on sales activity using our CRM system.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales and leadership experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
