About the Role:
">The University of Kentucky's UK Chandler Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Adult Medicine Services team on the 9th floor. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care to adults with moderately stable conditions, fluctuating acuity, and complex needs.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
">- Clinical Nursing Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans for adult patients, incorporating evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to achieve seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Education and Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance knowledge and skills, staying current with best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in healthcare.
Requirements:
">- Current RN licensure and certification in relevant specialty areas.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- BLS certification.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
