Job Summary:

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a skilled Security and Maintenance Professional to provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents and community. This is a full-time, overnight shift position that requires flexibility and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular safety checks and roving patrols of the community to ensure the security and integrity of our facilities.
  • Respond promptly to urgent requests from staff and residents, and work with emergency responders to ensure timely and effective responses to emergencies.
  • Perform custodial duties as needed, including trash removal, cleaning hallways and stairwells, and other tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in seasonal snow removal and other weather-related duties to ensure the safety and accessibility of our community.
  • Support after-hours emergency requirements and may be subject to on-call status.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a large building setting, preferably in a security or maintenance role.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • EMT and/or emergency worker experience desirable, but not required.
