We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at Cintas. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform repairs as needed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
  • Proven experience with industrial equipment maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and other documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Boiler knowledge and experience with HVAC systems.
  • Prior experience with welding and metal fabrication.
  • Reliability certification, such as CPMM or CRMP.
