As a Banking Services Supervisor, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding customer support.

Your role will involve meaningful interactions aimed at fostering and enhancing customer relationships by recommending various banking solutions (such as checking accounts, savings options, credit facilities, loans, and digital banking services) tailored to their requirements.

You will undergo a comprehensive four-month training program designed to equip you with the skills to make informed recommendations using a consultative sales methodology.

Additionally, you will gain knowledge on branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, while applying sound judgment to address customer inquiries and concerns.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A college degree is preferred, or at least one year of proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service within the financial services or retail sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, are required.
  • Willingness to travel for training purposes is necessary.
  • Candidates under consideration will undergo additional background checks as mandated by regulatory authorities.


All employees are expected to act as risk managers within their roles by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring the risks they encounter daily, in accordance with Dollar Bank's risk management protocols.
