Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow sales within your assigned territory, developing and executing strategic plans to maximize market penetration and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts and understanding their needs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Leverage your technical knowledge to provide expert advice on our heat and corrosion-resistant products, understanding and effectively communicating the benefits of our solutions for various applications in Heat Treat, Aerospace, Steel Mill, and Cement and Lime industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory, including prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into sales.
- Conduct on-site product presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Steeltech's products.
- Work closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and challenges, then recommend appropriate Steeltech solutions.
- Prepare detailed quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers.
- Gather and report market intelligence, including information on competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with our internal teams, including engineering, production, and inside sales, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and forecasts.
- Represent Steeltech at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and expand our network.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Metallurgy, Engineering, or related field.
