We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team at NorthStar Auto. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ICAR certifications, OEM procedures, and a willingness to learn and improve.
Key Responsibilities:- Review repair orders and OEM procedures to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
- Perform 100% disassembly and inspect for additional or hidden repairs
- Utilize proper repair/replacement materials and corrosion protection
- Communicate effectively with shop foreman and file handlers
- Maintain current knowledge of job and technical skills, including OEM repair procedures and guidelines
- Welding, suspension, and framework experience a plus or willingness to learn/train
- ICAR Certifications preferred but not required
- Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve
- Valid driver's license
- Proper tools to perform assigned tasks
- Competitive flat rate pay
