Collision Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team at NorthStar Auto. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ICAR certifications, OEM procedures, and a willingness to learn and improve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review repair orders and OEM procedures to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
  • Perform 100% disassembly and inspect for additional or hidden repairs
  • Utilize proper repair/replacement materials and corrosion protection
  • Communicate effectively with shop foreman and file handlers
  • Maintain current knowledge of job and technical skills, including OEM repair procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Welding, suspension, and framework experience a plus or willingness to learn/train
  • ICAR Certifications preferred but not required
  • Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proper tools to perform assigned tasks
