Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Collision Center Technician to join our team at NorthStar Auto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing collision repairs, utilizing OEM procedures, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review repair orders and OEM procedures to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
  • Perform collision repairs, utilizing proper repair/replacement materials and corrosion protection.
  • Conduct road tests to ensure quality repairs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of job and technical skills, including OEM repair procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform work as outlined on repair plans with efficiency and accuracy.
  • 100% disassembly and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.
Requirements
  • Welding, suspension, and framework experience a plus or willingness to learn/train.
  • ICAR Certifications preferred but not required.
  • Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proper tools to perform assigned tasks.
