Job Summary:

As a Mental Health Worker, you will play a vital role in providing patient advocacy and support through your own role modeling and communication. You will assist registered nurses in direct patient care, focusing on activities of daily living, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment on the unit. Your expertise in working with mentally ill and developmentally delayed clients will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist registered nurses in direct patient care, including activities of daily living
  • Provide patient advocacy and support through role modeling and communication
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment on the unit
  • Work with mentally ill and developmentally delayed clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a social science or comparable behavioral health experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience working with mentally ill and developmentally delayed clients
Work Schedule:

20/40 Part-Time Evenings, Every Other Weekend
