Position Overview

Kensington Apartments, a family-owned and independently operated residential community, has been serving the multi-family housing sector for over three decades. We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and operational efficiency of our facilities.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently while adhering to all health and safety protocols as well as Fair Housing standards. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and analytical skills are essential for this role.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the apartment or multi-family housing industry.
  • HVAC certifications are required.
  • Must possess reliable transportation.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • In-depth knowledge of heat pump systems, hydro-thermal systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliance repair.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call scheduling.
  • Able to maintain a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential for after-hours emergency calls.
